Q1) Does baking make you happy?
Well I guess you could say it does. I like coming up with new designs and fun recipes.
Q2) Who taught you to bake?
It was a mix of my grandma and my mum I think that I also taught my self as well when I was older.
Q3) When did you start baking on your own?
I'm not quite sure but sometimes with recipes I knew my mum would let me bake on my own from about the age of 10 but I'm not sure when I could just bake anything with out help
Q4) What's your favourite recipe?
I don't really know but one of the easiest recipes I've written is for a
sponge cake
Q5) Do you bake for your friends and family?
Of course I love baking for my nieces and some of my closest friends.
Q6) When did you write your first cookbook?
About 1970 was when I published my first cookbook
Q7) Who was your inspiration?
My inspiration was mainly my relatives but I'm sure there was a great cook that inspired me too.
Q8) Do you cook savoury as well as sweet?
I cook both but many people know me as a baker rather then a chef
Q9) Whats your favorite recipe that you have created?
I don't have one
Q10) What your favorite season to bake in?
I love baking around Christmas, with the Christmas food and great atmosphere.
